Customer requirements:
- Technology programme to support a new iconic theatre
- Procurement and implementation of a range of new IT solutions
- An IT project plan that will integrate with the overall building schedule
- Interviewed the Senior Management Team at Shakespeare North to understand the goals for the new building/theatre.
- Having worked on other arts-based organisations (Factory, Home, Auckland Waterside Theatre) we were able to use our expertise to help form the strategy.
- Collaborated closely with construction partners to ensure IT solutions were in-line with building schedule
- Instigated a Tender process and Identified 3 potential strategic IT partners and developed success criteria.
- Negotiated the Contract to supply and support for 3 years.
- Introduced a new cloud based IT strategy for Shakespeare North.
- Implemented a range of IT solutions to meet the business objectives.
- A fully integrated project plan to ensure IT was fully embedded with the construction programme.
