Coroners Service
The Coroners Service at Manchester City Council needed to be relocated to a new building in central Manchester. As part of this, they required a new Audio-Visual solution to complete the complex tasks of recording the courtrooms during hearings.  Strata led this project, auditing the current solution in place, then writing a detailed requirements specification to go out to tender. Strata was then part of the team that worked through the tenders and then decided on the winner of the process.  We  assisted with the implementation of the new contractor into the project team in preparation for them to install the new Audio-Visual solution.  Alongside this, Strata led with the installation of the IT infrastructure including the procurement of the connectivity to the new building.  Alongside this we also audited the current systems that the service was using in preparation for the relocation.
