Colette is an experienced Administrator with a wealth of experience in Administration and the Property Sector. Colette started her career with a small independent Lettings and Property Management Company based in South Manchester as a junior Lettings Negotiator working her way up to Senior Property Manager.
On leaving this company she joined Barratt Homes Limited, working in their Accounts department. Beginning as an Administrator before going on to become the manager for the Purchase Ledger Department for the North West of England responsible for paying circa £2M of Invoices per month.
Colette then went back to the Lettings and property Management sector joining Jordan’s Residential Lettings Specialists as a Senior Lettings negotiator and subsequently Branch Manager of their Fallowfield office. The Company was then bought out by Leaders Letting Limited and Colette took on the role of Area Manager for the North West of England before leaving to join Strata Consulting Limited to enable her to spend less time away from home.
Colette enjoys all challenges and variety of running all of the Administration side of the company and ensuring that all the tasks that need to be done to run a successful company are completed.
