Customer requirements:  
  • Technology programme to support a new iconic theatre
  • Procurement and implementation of a range of new IT solutions
  • An IT project plan that will integrate with the overall building schedule
   Strata’s Role Strata conducted the following
  • Interviewed the Senior Management Team at Shakespeare North to understand the goals for the new building/theatre.
  • Having worked on  other arts-based organisations (Factory, Home, Auckland Waterside Theatre) we were able to use our expertise to help form the strategy.
  • Collaborated closely with construction partners to ensure IT solutions were in-line with building schedule
  • Instigated a Tender process and Identified 3 potential strategic IT partners and developed success criteria.
  • Negotiated the Contract to supply and support for 3 years.
Solution: Strata introduced the following resolutions
  • Introduced a new cloud based IT strategy for Shakespeare North. 
  • Implemented a range of IT solutions to meet the business objectives.
  • A fully integrated project plan to ensure IT was fully embedded with the construction programme.
